Method 1: Measure a ring you already own
- Choose a ring that fits you well. Make sure it's the finger you'll wear your new ring on.
- Using a ruler, measure the inside diameter (from inside edge to inside edge, in millimeters).
- Find your size in the following equivalence table.

Method 2: Measure your finger directly
- Use a flexible measuring tape or a strip of paper.
- Circle the base of the finger without squeezing and mark the point where the end is located.
- Measure the length of the strip (in millimeters). That number is the circumference of your finger.
- Consult the corresponding size in the table below.
