If for any reason your jewelry loses its gold plating during the first year of use, we will re-plate your jewelry completely free of charge.

TURN YOUR SARA-FERRER JEWELRY INTO A FUTURE INVESTMENT BY FOLLOWING THESE SIMPLE TIPS:
- Avoid contact between your jewelry and chemicals such as perfumes, cosmetics, or cleaning products. Try applying your makeup before putting on your jewelry.
- Leave your jewelry at home when you're exercising, and remove it before sleeping. Sweat is acidic and can damage the metals in your jewelry.
- Avoid swimming in them. Jewelry and pool chlorine aren't a good combination.
- Use a chamois to clean them with gentle movements, or use a little warm water, neutral soap, and a soft-bristled brush if you notice they're accumulating more dirt.
- Store them individually to prevent them from scratching each other. You can also place moisture-proof bags in your jewelry box to protect them from the elements.
- Store jewelry in places where the temperature is stable and there is not too much humidity.

Whenever the ring design allows, we make it adjustable. This means that it has an opening at some point, so you can easily adjust it to fit your finger.
However, this is not always possible and we have to make them with sizes.
If you don't know exactly what your size is, we'll give you a tip to help you find out. This way, you can order your jewelry with the peace of mind that you've chosen the right size:
Measure the inner diameter of a ring you have in your jewelry box. Use a ruler to measure in millimeters and compare the measurements with this table:
- size 10 - 15.9 mm
- size 12 - 16.6 mm
- size 14 - 17.2 mm
- size 16 - 17.8 mm
